Garlic Tea

Crush garlic clove and peel off papery outer skin. Slice clove into thin pieces or use a garlic press. Place garlic pieces in warm water and let “steep” for a few moments. Strain out garlic pieces; add honey to taste and apple cider vinegar, if desired. Stir well and drink to your health!:-P

Boiled Version (Garlic Tots)

(probably not as effective as “Garlic Tea”)

Bring water to a simmer. Toss the peeled cloves in and keep them on the flame for 60 seconds. Remove saucepan from flame and add the vinegar and honey. The cloves can now be refrigerated and eaten throughout the day like any other vegetable. The odor is mitigated, and the “heat” should be sufficiently reduced to be palatable. Presumably the cloves retain some of the residual healing effect of garlic.
