epididmytis related to a vasectomy?
« on: August 02, 2007, 09:34:08 AM »
My husband had a vasectomy 8 years ago and now he has been having testicular pain  the Dr. prescribed antibiotics and diagnosed him with epididmytis.  Could this be caused by his vasectomy?. Any help would be great!!

Yes, it is caused by the vasectomy.  The sperm sometimes leaks at the incision area and builds up around the site of surgery. This causes a lump of pain.  My hubby had pain there until his reversal.  Here are a couple threads on reversals and such, if you are interested ;)
