Hello,
I was unable to personal message you in return so hopefully you won't mind me posting this....

In my personal and professional opinion, I highly recommend you seek the services of a certified vestibular physical therapist.  A full evaluation is needed to determine the cause of your vertigo and the appropriate treatment.  They are some very easy treatments available for certain types of vertigo, but it is highly necessary that they be administered by somebody who knows what they're doing, not just who thinks they know what they are doing.
