I was doing some looking into Debi Pearl's Berry Herbal Brew, and I found that you can do lacto-feremented herbal infusions too. Anybody ever try this...

I made, what I think of as, medicinal wine. =D

I made it from wild muscadines, and a few rosehips, after reading that muscadines may kill the various flu viruses going around (the rosehips were for vit C.

And I've used some of this wine to make a Prunella tincture.
