Liver Flush... a question

Do you have to use Epsom Salt? I feel silly asking this.. but what is Epsom Salt? Cheesy

I'd like to try the liver flush today, but the only salt I have on hand is ordinary table salt and some solar sea salt I bought from the HF Store.

Epsom Salt is magnesium sulphate. I picked it up in the pharmacy section at walmart. We generally use it for soaking achy muscles, but it is an effective laxative.

Sea salt is good.That is what we used.You will really get to know your bathroom. Roll Eyes

I have a Friend that just found out that she has excess liver enzymes but she is pregnant. what can she do to cleanse her liver safely with baby on the way?

Also what would cause this? She has always been clean no drugs or alcohol. Skinny.
