  Conceiving after 45

My husband and I have a reversal story to report and actually did get pregnant in 2001. We miscarried that precious child and I simply have not had the heart to fully consider becoming pregnant again. Just today though I am thinking that perhaps I should make bold one more time and beseech the throne for a little one. I am 45 years old and most assuredly not in the prime fertile years of my life. This might be a fool hearted quest, but if you could give me some ideas as to how to strengthen my system and increase fertility I would be much obliged.
