Recipes for homemade salt/sugar scrubs

Does anyone have or know where I can get a good recipe for homemade sugar or salt scrubs? I've searched on the internet, but haven't found any good ones that I wanted to try.

Chocolate Body Scrub

Mix olive oil, raw turbinado sugar (or something comparably grainy) with baking cocoa for a decadent smelling body scrub (and a messy tub) Roll Eyes

This was so relaxing while full-term pregnant! Cool

I made this concoction (that SC posted) for DH. He really likes it.

I found a book at the library that was so good, I had to buy it for myself. It's called 1001 Natural Remedies, by Laurel Vukovic. In this book, there was an easy recipe for a scrub:

Sea Salt Body Polishing Scrub
1/2 cup sea salt(110 g)
2 Tbsp. almond oil

Take a quick warm, shower first. Rub in a circular motion over your body, avoiding your face and genitals. Do not use this scrub on sensitive or irritated skin. Rinse your body well and towel dry.
