  Cell Phones Cause Cancer?

Hey y'all!
I've seen this information on Mercola A LOT, but now I am seeing it on FoxNews and stuff.
I have wanted to avoid it because my husband uses a cell phone (didn't want to admit that it may be dangerous). But now that it has made main stream, I am worried.

Any thoughts/experiences/recommendations?

Interesting article Kristen! Gives me something to think about. I have already had one tumor in the brain and do not wish to repeat that again.

I have also have a concern about this, I live in a very large city and through Mercola I found a site that shows how many cell towers are in the area.  Just in a 4 mile radius of me are over 1000 reported towers.  From what I understand cordless home phones are dangerous also, although I am not sure if the threat is as high as cell phones, I would venture to guess they are.  I do not remember where I read this, but probably Mercola, it said do not use any cordless or cell phones while holding a child, something about it affects them more then it does us.

I sure am glad that I have the blessed hope of eternity to look forward to!  But in the mean time are there any herbs to help rid our body of whatever this wireless society is in putting into us?

I've been worrying about this too lately.  I read on Mercola that the Cordless phones are just as bad, especially the base that recharges the phone and ours is in the kids playroom because that is our only working phone jack.
I am sure our wireless internet is also harmful, if all this is true, so I just recently I stopped leaving our internet on all day and night.  For a year I have had it on constantly and it is in our bedroom.  My husband's side of the family has an incredible amount of cancer and he uses his cell phone daily.  We are rural but we have a cell tower nearby.  I think what I read was that the danger zone is 8 miles radius of a cell tower.
I think Mercola sells an earpeice or something that is safer but it almost seems pointless with all the exposure elsewhere.  I can't imagine technology backing off on this.

I second the request for any healthy way to shed the buildup of whatever radiation we cannot avoid.
I have to share this news with my husband.  I have always refused to carry my cell phone in a pocket/purse near my body while it is turned on.  I only keep it on while I am using it or if I am expecting a call.  It drives him nuts because I was just basing it on a "hunch" that it is not healthy, especially since I spend half of my time pregnant.  Now I have real evidence to back it up - which actually doesn't make me happy. Undecided
Worse, we have 3 cordless phones in our house and one is in our bedroom!  And to top all of that off, we live very close to NYC in a very populated area, so I'm sure our exposure is intensified by that as well.  I try to do the best we can by eliminating the microwave, etc. but my husband needs to use a cell for work and there is no controlling the neighbors' use of radioactive technology.  So I guess either we are doomed or the Lord's mercy will protect us - no telling 'til it's over, and by then it won't matter. Grin
The funniest part of all this is that my Gramps always swore that cordless phones, car phones, cell phones, microwaves, etc. were evil, cancer-causing conveniences that would cause people to become so trapped in our laziness that we wouldn't do anything to change once we discovered the dangers - which of course he had already predicted.  I thought he was just an old loon.  Who knew?  ~L
