I took food grade H2O2 for a few weeks and it revved my engine. I had tons of energy and had to be careful taking it at night.  I wonder, HIO, if the tired feeling could have been some sort of die off?  Since H2O2 kills yeast, etc. would that be possible in your situation?  I actually found it helped me significantly but I had to stop it for a short time.  I plan on restarting in a few weeks.  I also started out slower then they recommend.  I have a hard time getting past the bleach taste but I can do it.  My biggest problem was timing it on an empty stomach because whenever I actually had time to drink it, it was always right before or after a meal.   I am trying to heal an autoimmune disease and hoping the H2O2 can help.

could you tell us exactely how you started on the oral H2O2.............how many drops, how often etc.   Also, would you mind sharing why you stopped using it for awhile?   Maybe that is none of our business but I was wondering if it was due to  how it made you feel or some adverse reactions.   Thanks so much.   I have been wanting to try this for a long time but there hasn't been much first hand experience posted here on using it orally.

Hi Daisey,

I diluted my food grade H2O2 further then the 3% because I was not sure how my bladder would handle it.  I have an autoimmune disease of the bladder that I am trying to heal.  I started out diluting the peroxide to 3% and then adding drops to 20oz. of purified water after that.  I started with one drop twice a day then added a drop every day until I was up to 10 drops twice a day.  This is significantly less then what is recommended.  My bladder seemed to handle it fine and I was just waiting to use up my first 11oz. of diluted peroxide before I went to the 3% strength.  My original dilution was 1 oz. of H2O2 to 11oz. of purified water.  That gave me the 3% and then adding it to the 20oz. of water diluted it even further.

I stopped taking it because we couldn't tell if latex or the H2O2 was bothering my bladder and we were experimenting.  It was the latex (I am allergic to it).  So I'll be going back on the H2O2 in a week or so.  I needed to give my bladder time to get less inflamed before I start something on it again. 

I had absolutely no issues using the H2O2.  I had tons of energy on it (beware taking it too close to bedtime!).  I definately would recommend it for healing the body.  Just make sure it's diluted correctly and you use purified water (it says the benefits will be wiped away with tap water).

Thank you for all that info.  It really helps.   I do have one other question---do you think well water would be OK or do you really need the purified water?  I always think they specify purified because of most water being treated.  We have a well therefore no chlorine---------just don't want to have to buy water at this point.   Undecided
