Perhaps this WTM intervention place should be on a remote island that is so far away that it would be to hard for ppl to escape or for others to sneak us in some junk food. The ship could only come in 2 times a week to pick up and drop off ppl and supplies.

Perhaps on the ship the intervention process could begin. The ship staff could start insisting everyone start in drinking extra water and making preparations for the time that they will be spending on the potty 'cleanings' their systems. The ship could maybe teach the ppl some helpful things to do while they sat for hours on the potty. Such as sewing small projects, assembling intervention care packages, and putting together the WTM intervention island instruction manuals.

I think I will be sure to get one of the care packages and instruction manuals that have not been assembled by someone on the potty.

Maybe we could put "this pile of manuals are potty free zone and this one is not". The potty free zone manuals could have a price put on them since everyone would rather have a manual that was not assembled by someone on the potty. So that way the WTM intervention island could have some extra income from the potty-free-zone-manuals. Sound OK?

Oh and of course a rule for coming to the island would be that each person must have an intruction manual. So either they choose the free potty-zone manual or the priced potty-free-zone manual.

...man I totally missed this thread... and this is something that I have thought for a long time would be a great idea... well, maybe not all the specifics... but generally.

Nathan and Zephyr Pearl spent time on the island of Utila in Honduras (not that I am at all against Hawaii... wow) and said it was fantastic. Nathan had talked about setting up a guest house of sorts for folks from the NGJ circles to vacation... and know that their hosts / situation would be someone they knew more or less and could trust... anyway... it never happened, but we (Beka and I) really liked the idea and said that if he did set up the guesthouse / bead & breakfast / whatever that we would love to advertise it to alternative practitioners who in turn would solicit on WTM. The practitioner and the patient (+ family probably) would then go to this guesthouse for a period of time in order to treat / be treated.

This would circumvent the dogmatic US medical system and its stranglehold on medical practitioners, and be a lot of fun, and allow for those in need to actually provide a living for a handful of doc's / chiropractors / alt-medico's of all sorts!

Anyway, I wanted to add my "hurrah" to this thread before (after?) it was lost in obscurity.

Oh, I forgot, there is one other way... I think a better way... its called a "community."

...I will try to post tonight all my thoughts about how the modern financial structure precludes community on all levels... and how this can be overturned (I think) using a method that is given in first Corinthians 9ish... maybe I will have to post part on 7xS and part here...

I missed this thread too! Wow, and yeah! It'd be awsome! I can't fast without feeling sick, so cleansing would be big deal for me, and my kids would be temporary orphans without something like that. I agree about keeping the organic chocolate though.

Gabe, if/when you post, if it's on 7xS, post a link here. I don't get over there much.

I still like the idea of the padded cell for those of us that will be detoxing from sugars and carbs on our WTM island intervention clinic commune. Although I would be tempted to sneak chocolate in. I guess we would need attack sniff dogs to pounce on those of us who wont behave.
