  Maker's Diet vs Patient Heal Thyself

Does anyone know which one is better?

These two books are by the same author Jordan S. Rubin. They are pretty much about the same thing. It looks like "The Maker's Diet" has a lot of reference to the Bible. Where as "Patient Heal Thyself" looks like he revised it for nonChristians. But it seems it has a little more study data on different supplements and things.

I bought both, because I told the lady at the counter I didn't know which one to choose. She said I can take both home, decide and bring one or BOTH back after I have had a chance to look at them.

So I need some input from you ladies. Has anyone looked at both of these? Which one should I keep and which one should I give back?

I read both of them, and my take on it was that they were both pretty much the same, but Maker's Diet went a little more in-depth and had more recipes (can't remember if Patient Heal Thyself had any).  I would definitely keep the Maker's Diet.

actually Patient Heal Thyself (2002) and another called Restoring Digestive Health (2003) are both much older than Maker's Diet.  i enjoyed Patient Heal Thyself most out of all the books.  He told his own personal story better in the first book, i think.  i would keep the Patient Heal Thyself.   JMO.  Wink
