Thaw pork chops.
Place them in crockpot and pour one 16-oz. bottle italian dressing over them.  Cook on high for 2-3 hours.
Serve with brown rice and veggies, or a salad.

Ohhh!  Good idea.  I already got out a pork steak that I'm going to just do on the stove.  But I like that idea. 
Does it make them moist?

Yes.  Very moist.  I think I cooked ours for about 3 hours, and they were very tender.  So easy, and DH loved them.  Smiley

Can I mix brown rice and white rice in the crockpot?  Trying to get dinner organised early today (it's 10.30am here).

It will matter of the proportions of brown to white rice. White rice on the stovetop only requires 15 to 20 minutes. While brown rice requires about 50 minutes. The white rice could get mushy while waiting for the brown rice to finish cooking.

Meatloaf and Veggies

I just make my regular meatloaf recipe, and shape it into a round 'blob', and put it in my crockpot, then add:
*whole potatoes, carrots, and onions around the sides.
* sprinkle with a bit of italin seasoning, or whatever herbs/spices you like.
*add a small amount of water to bottom of crockpot, and turn on low for all day, or high for 4-5 hours. I confess I dont know times exactly, but my crockpot is fairly hot, so it may take longer with some. You may want to add the veggies later if your meat  'loaf' is pretty large.
Squirt ketchup over the meat in the last 20 min, if desired. Smiley
