Doctors Find WORM [ parasite ] In Arizona Woman's Brain

I've been looking around on the internet and apparently, worms in the brain are fairly common. A med student in Southern California says on her blog, that she sees them all the time and recommends that if you travel to Southern CA, don't eat the pork or drink the water. Another doc from TX said the same, and they are bad in AZ, too. <ick>

GROSS!!!! But totally awesome. My kids are seeing this tomorrow with a renewed lecture on handwashing.

I'm hoping that all the kombucha and coconut oil we eat and drink will help ward off those nasty things.
