Frankly, I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the whole idea. I keep coming back to it because it's like going to bed with that algebra problem on your mind knowing you know the answer but can't quite retrieve it and then waking up with the answer clear as day.
That same "sense" tells me that there is something to epigenetics that is one of the missing pieces I need to understand health and the body's ability to heal under the right circumstances.

In short, I think this may be a scientific explanation as to why a quality, natural, and non-toxic lifestyle is important to one's own health and the health of subsequent generations- why diet works and how diet and lifestyle might be tweaked to create even more of an improvement in certain diseases and illnesses. I totally believe in pathological illness, and some genetic disorders, but there is more to disease and illness than those can explain IMO.

I'll be getting back to this thread soon (I hope). Just looking for some specific articles that made sense to me regarding epigenetics and healing. Not sure where I bookmarked them (or if I did).
