Anyone know of a complete book on emergency medical care?

Hi! Does anyone know of a good book that covers all kind of 'emergency medical care', ex. handle broken bones, sicknesses, childbirth, so on and so on?

I would like a complete book that I can just have on hand and write my own notes in the margins.

Ditch Medicine, advanced field procedures for emergencies, by Hugh L. Coffee, has instructions on taking care of some pretty serious problems, like bullet wounds, amputations, burns, infected wounds, and other things. It does not cover a wide range of subjects though, like sicknesses, birth, and diseases.

There's a great place to download the book Where There is No Doctor:

I believe you can also buy these from any online bookstores. They're provided free, though, so that as many folks as possible can access them. They're pretty good if you don't have access to anything else. They also have Where There is No Midwife and Where There is No Dentist. That's one I don't like to think about, though!
