  high fever cool hands and feet, lots of congestion

anyone have a child who has this? It's not meninigitis, but the cool hands and feet are unusual.  She's 2 and the other one is 5 only the 2 yr old has the cool hands and feet.  Fever was almost 105 and when I brfought it down with tylenol, her feet got really hot as the temp came down.

any suggestions?

Could it be the swine flu?  Huh Has that hit your state yet?
