I am looking for some blueberry jam or jelly recipes without pectin in it.  I will greatly appreciate your help.

1 cup of white grape or apple juice
2 cups of honey (I use only 1)
4 cups of berries.

Use potato masher to mash berries.  Bring berries and juice to a boil.  Add honey and cook down to thicken
