  Supplements for my children who are going away to school

We have two teen boys who will be going to a military style boarding school for High School starting in Jan.  I'm trying to figure out what supps to send with them.  They have to be easy to take and not too many things.  I don't think they would be able to take them at meals so something that would be o.k. on an empty stomach 30 -60 minutes before breakfast would be best.  I also want something that is going to keep their immune systems strong.  They will be facing high physical and mental performance so something to support their mind and body would be good. 

So far, I have thought of fish oil caps, vit. c, siberian ginseng, a multi, and probiotics.  Maybe a good tasting green drink that doesn't have to be taken with meals?  That may be too many different things though.  The probiotic is a definite.  I am thinking about a pitcher water filter that they can keep in their rooms if anyone knows of a good one.  Any other ideas? Any favorite brands for the multi?  They won't be able to make herbal teas and probably wouldn't anyway.  Also I want to boost their immune systems before they go.
