repeated sinus infections

My husband has horrible allergies which usually lead to a sinus infection. He refuses to take any OTC or prescription medicine (which I don't blame him). Is there anything he naturally he can take or do to keep ward off the allergies and the sinus infections?!

According to a prominant medical journal, all stubborn sinus infections are fungal. Olive leaf extract and oreganol are both very good antifungals. I think there is an antifungal nasal spray. You can probably google "antifungal nasal spray" and see.

Probiotics would also really help. Pretty much if you treat for yeast, you'll eventually kill the sinus infection.

I have been giving Luke(my son)OL and probiotics, it is definitely helping, and there is an OL spray........www.seagateproducts.com This is the brand I prefer. It does seem expensive but I trust it......

I usually end (well, USE to) up with at least 2 sinus infections a year...which included a trip to the doc, antibotics and steriods...UGH. I *discovered the neti pot!! Since I have been using it (for about 3 years now) I haven't had a sinus infection!! The flu, swine flu and colds are floating around our town now, so I am using the pot (a lot)....just in case!! ~But usually this time of year I start feeling my sinuses act up....so I start usuing the pot....and it works for me.....
**you can use this everyday with out any problems.....

thank you very much for suggesting the neti pot. I discovered this the other day and he started using it and so far so good!
