I like it. I especially love the speech bubbles. It really shows the intent of the board.
I think the well looks a little cold/detached and corporate compared to the more casual and friendly looking "tell me" though.

Nice! The only thing is when I look at it, I would have trouble figuring out what the e in well was if I didn't already know.

It looks like I'm going to be a minority here, but I kinda liked the old one better. Undecided

The new one is cool and all, but comparing the two I do like the old one best. Maybe like Gigi said, it's because the new one needs a dash of a 'warm' color?

I agree that the 'e' in well looks a little off but other than that overall I like it. Could probably use a dash of hot color & maybe put the well into a bubble also since it looks a unbalanced when the other 2 have bubbles & it doesn't.

I do think the "well" part looks out of place, though. But I like the "e" with the leaf. Maybe it'd fit in better if you add it to the "tell" bubble??

Yesterday I didn't really like the new logo. But today I guess I do. I disagree that "well" should be in a bubble - if it were it would be way over-the-top. But there is something about the "well" that looks a bit stark. (Plus, I had to ask what the "e" was.) Unfortunately, I'm not artsy so don't have any ideas.

The only thing I'd change about the "Well" is to play with the placement a bit. Like maybe nudge it up a tad and over a smidge so some of it overlaps the edge of the "tell" bubble then it doesn't look isolated. And *maybe* change the font, but only if the new placement wasn't enough to unify everything.
