Hi all,
I am a newbie here, but have been lurking and reading all of your informative and amazing posts. I am not sure if this is the correct place for my question, but here it goes. I was wondering if any of you know ways to prevent stomach flu's(i.e and supplements or tinctures that can be used). Several kids in my son's school have came down with one and we are trying to avoid it. Thanks in advance and nice to meet you all Grin

Probiotics. If he does come down with it, a probiotic capsule emptied onto the tongue can prevent more barfing and help settle the stomach.

Vitamin D.

Lots of vitamin C.

Are the probiotics a preventative or treatment. I am a goofball and new to this. If these are treatments, do you all know of anyting to help prevent the virus? thanks,
