Verbal and Fine Motor Aprexia

My son is seven years old and is significantly delayed. He did not walk until past 2 years old, he still cannot talk (can grunt, scream, cry and make noises to try to express his desires), not potty trained, cannot color or write or anything fine motor. He is trying to eat with utensils and succeeding better all of the time. He was not vaccinated, has been on a gf diet all of his life, and has been on the Weston Price diet since Aug. 2009. We are also treating for zinc deficiency and he is on pro-biotics, enzymes, cod liver oil, and the home is completely green. We are just now implementing the fluoride filters along with others into our water supply and no fluoride in toothpaste. We have knocked out items that absorb a lot of fluoride etc. We do sign language with him and he imitates about 3 signs but not well as he can't get the hands to cooperate. We implement neuro-developmental therapy exercises with him and flashcards. He gets hands on exercises, and loves books and movies. He also constantly wants to suck 3 fingers on one hand. He gets adequate sunshine and eats just about anything. Plays with his siblings and tries to communicate with them, and is now actually doing things that is asked of him. That is new as of the last few months. His improvements since Aug. include: recognition and location of places, people and things, will put some things away, tries to help out, loves the woods and outdoors, runs without falling, jumping, kicking, throw further out, larger attention span, sleeps all night, less fits, and can push buttons. There might be more as I am trying to think of it all now.

I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this and has some ideas. We homeschool so we can implement things more consistently. Thank you for your time and help. lol
