  Hyaluronic acid for dry skin?

Has anyone tried this? I was reading some good stuff about it - didn't know if it actually would work for extreme dry skin (to hold in moisture). My husband has severe dry skin. No - its not the winter- he has it year 'round, and it is mainly on his hands and feet. I'm on the warpath!! Grin so...just wondering if anyone has tried the pure stuff.  i.e. Hyaluronic serum or cream.  Thanks in advance...
