  PCOS & 1/2 an Ovary

I have a very close friend with PCOS and only 1/2 of one ovary.  She is 30 yrs old and trying to get pregnant.  She was on the pill up until last January.  Her doctor wants her to wait until next April before they try any type of fertility methods.

Would a good progesterone cream help?  Any other ideas??  She's not incredibly interested in natural methods, but she's desperate to have a baby and willing to try anything.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
