  Is Chromium safe while breastfeeding?

I just know I'm posting this in the wrong place, despite over half an hour of searching for the proper thread...sorry!

I'm looking at taking chromium for sugar cravings and stabilizing blood sugar. I am exclusively nursing a 9-month-old. Thanks!
