I will agree there are very offencive stuff. YUCK! but you got to be balanced. Most things are offencive this world. You cant go to wal mart with out getting exposed nor can you take a drive with out seeing offensive things. Yes I understand preference. That is the great thing about choice.

I've been kicking around the idea of moving... that is to blogspot... I'm just having a hard time manipulating things. Is it just me? Homeschoolblogger is just soooo easy, plus their basic things are prettier IMO.
I've loaded another template onto my blogspot site, but it still just seems kind of dull....

God has led my husband and me to love orphans. Here's a little of our story:

The Lord has made it clear that His perfect plan for our family is to adopt children who need a papa and a mama. He has not blessed us with children in the "natural" way, with the exception of Noah, who was a tubal pregnancy in March. What a blessing to have a sweet child in the presence of the Lord, and to know that God is powerful enough to give us such a gift when we were told we would likely not conceive on our own.

This summer we hosted a 13-year-old girl from Ukraine in our home. Another huge blessing and learning experience. We are starting the process to adopt her and any other children the Lord makes a way for us to adopt. It is a long road, and I would like to ask you all to pray for us.

I hope you enjoy our blog. I truly enjoy Well Tell Me, though I don't often post. Thank you for your prayers!

I also posted this on 7x, then I saw this, so I'm posting to both.

I have just lately started a blog, and I am really enjoying it. I have found that things I would like to share with my family members about Christ and just learning, I have never been able to. But now, they read my blog, and they have opened up about talking about spiritual things and such. It's almost like with a blog, I"m not invading them, it's their choice to read it. I only post positive and uplifting things. I have also found that during my day, certain events that would normally be in the negative, I find the positive so that I can post that way. It does help me along with others.

But - I'm wondering something. I do post pics of us on the blog. Is there any danger in that? I have my settings set to where I don't say where we're from, and if you search the internet, it will not hit on my blog. I don't have it set so that people need permission to view it, but would that be a good idea? I do love posting pics on there, but want to make sure it's safe. How many of you with blogs set it to permission to view? I just don't know if people will want to take the time to log in each time or not.

I have a photo of me, but not any easily recognizable shots of my kids and very few of those. Hubby is a computer guy for a job and he prefers I not use our real names or post family photos. I put family photos on facebook since only those people I invite can view it.
