Mama's tea - Choosing a tea for late pregnancy

Does anyone have a pregnancy tea recipe they particularly like? Or a ready-made tea that contains red raspberry, blue and black cohosh, and anything else helpful in the last six weeks?

My midwife who delivered the last one has retired and I don't have a source anymore.

I can personally recommend the Red Raspberry brew. I have a history of post-partum bleeding & this has been a great help warding that off before it happens.

Can this tea be brewed for 8 hours like the red raspberry? Or is the best way to just boil it in the water for 10 minutes like the Bulk Herb Store recommends? I am just starting to nurse and wanted to find out the best way to make it to get the best results. Thanks!

I have fallen in love with my nightly cup of Peaceful Mama tea! It is by Earth Mama-Angel Baby. Contains lemon balm, camomile, oatstraw, orange peel, rrl. It is so soothing and yummy! They have other kinds, too including a 3rd trimester tea you might like!
