bleeding gums in infant

My baby (19 months) fell on her face about a month ago. I wasn't home and so she didn't get any treatment until the next day. She knocked 2 of her teeth back and her mouth was swollen for days. Well today her gyms started bleeding right over the injury sight. Don't know if its related but thought Id see if anyone had any idea of what to do. He gyms look slightly swollen and red. There is bleeding right where her teeth meet her gyms and she is defiantly in pain. I tried to put colloidal silver on it for what looks like infection but she is not liking any touching. anyone know of something I can do for infection. Keeping in mind she is really small and wont let me hold a poultice of any sort on there. any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you have any frozen teething rings or teether we used to give these to our kids when they injured anything in the mouth area. They are usually more then willing to suck on them, hold them, touch them to the sore spot which will bring pain relief as well as swelling relief. My youngest is 8 and we still use teething rings and such for facial hurts when they happen (not too often anymore). It's easy for them and makes them feel better quickly.
